Shop Questions:

What payment methods do you accept?
Darkroom and Dearly currently runs a shop through Etsy, and accepts PayPal payments as well as all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards through Etsy direct checkout. If you prefer to use Paypal, it accepts all major credit cards and you don't need to create an account to checkout.

Can you customize a product for me?
I do accept custom requests on a limited basis, depending on the season and how busy I am. The quickest way to get in touch with me regarding a custom order is to send a message through Etsy (it allows me to track it better). Please consider that custom orders are priced higher and take more time for me to create, therefore should be ordered far in advance of when you need the product.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once full payment has been received items will ship within 3 business days. Darkroom and Dearly ships worldwide via USPS First Class mail. Shipments within the US will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please allow 1–4 weeks for international delivery. If you live in the United States and would like faster shipping, please indicate your preference for priority mail in the drop-down box at checkout. Shipping prices will be adjusted accordingly.
* Please note I may not be able to rush custom orders.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! In general they take about 7-10 business days to arrive. Darkroom and Dearly is not responsible for any custom fees or delays you may incur from the order and is unfortunately unable to expedite international orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
No - Oregon doesn't have sales tax!

May I have a downloadable PDF of one of your designs so I can print my own cards/postcards/flyers?
Sorry, this is not an option I offer in my shop.

What is your return policy?
Sales are final, but if you are unsatisfied with your order I will do my best to create a solution to make you happy. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. If your order was damaged in shipping, please let me know and I will send you another order right away.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! Please get in contact with me via Etsy and I will give you my current price lists.
